PRICE PER DAY OF A 4 PERSONS APARTMENT IS
150€ ( 01.09. – 30.06. ) / 170,00€ ( 01.07. – 31.08.)
The price includes: bedding, towels, kitchen wipes, crockery, water, electricity, gas, air condition and wi-fi internet.
SURCHARGES AND DISCOUNTS
Additionally, to the price of the apartment the tourist tax and administrative fees apply in the amount of 2€ per person per day. Children up to the age of 7 are exempt from the tourist tax.
– For a stay up to 3 days we charge a 50% surcharge.
– For a stay of more than 14 days we offer a 5% discount.
– Method of payment: full payment on arrival.
RESERVATIONS: In the main tourist season we only accept reservations for a minimum of 3 days. The reservation is made after payment via bank transfer of an advance in the amount of 3 days’ rental and is confirmed after completion of the bank transfer.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES: On the day of arrival the apartment is available after 14:00 in the afternoon, on the day of departure the guests need to vacate the apartment by no later than 10:00 in the morning.
Families and serious people are welcome.
We currently do not accept pets.
